Pinch Blocks are a unique training tool to improve pinch strength, these can be loaded 2 ways due to the through cord design, this gives you a narrow pinch at 6.5cm or a wide pinch at 9cm. 

The blocks are made from solid hardwood wit DMM cord rated to 6Kn  

By securing weights to the attachment point you can train to be able to grapple with even the hardest of tufas and sloping pinches!
